Ms Diagnosis More Condition_symptoms I Need Some Help Interpreting My MRI Scan For Possible MS Diagnosis?

I need some help interpreting my MRI scan for possible MS diagnosis? - ms diagnosis more condition_symptoms

Increased signal on T2 @ @ the spinal cord of C5 and C6, suggestive of edema and demyelination. I had no evidence of demyelinating plaques in the brain and optic neuritis is not active.
Should I be concerned about these results? He says MS with positive physical examination?
