I'll be honest ...

If you do not want to use a broker to sell your house, why would you want to take on the MLS?

You must ask yourself why you are not a realtor and if one of the answers that they feel the service is not worth the money, then the MLS service has offered the service of real estate brokers.

The MLS service is available, because REALTORS pay to get there.

These are is more "sale" of services is not "many" For Sale By Owner Services.

The reason you pay for a broker's service is because the system until you get the items for your home, it is announced, and as many potential buyers through advertising programs such as MLS listing service to his house, not only for all the brokers in your area, but the buyers around the world via the Internet.

But if you're not a real estate agent worth the money, then you should not pay the value of MLS, a service of the club.

There arother vehicles and are available to your home as "for sale by owner-list". You have full access to these.

But I must ask - Why did you replace it at home? Why not sell your home to the largest number of buyers who are looking for a home? You get the maximum value of your home, if for many buyers.

Sorry to sound harsh, but I felt must be declared.

You need is a member of the MLS with the end of the list. I believe that a member of the MLS must be a licensed RE agent that is not necessarily a real estate agent.
